Seamless Gutter Delivery
FBC Concepts offers an onsite seamless gutter extrusion service, commonly known as "chop and drop" for those do-it-yourselfers.
We provide high quality materials (better quality than the big box stores) at affordable prices with a wide variety of colors to match your homes exterior. We have portable gutter extrusion machines for plain fascia, single bead fascia, double bead fascia, curved fascia and ribbon band fascia. We will transport our portable gutter machines to your house or onsite project. There is a great deal of savings that can be realized in seamless gutters, in part because there are no wasted pieces. We'll be happy to provide you with gutter samples for your inspection before ordering our services. By installing your own gutters, you can save up to 50% of the total job cost.
Materials & Workmanship
FBC Concepts uses top materials on all jobs. Brands such as IKO, ATLAS, OWENS CORNING, EDCO, MASTIC and ROLEX. All roofs include: new metal color matching attic vents, 24" valleys, plumbing stacks and bath vents. We even hand paint any other accessories such as furnace vents and chimney flashing. What's under the shingles is just as important as the shingles themselves. Ice and water shield is a vital piece of the roofing process. We use it on all valleys, eaves, chimneys, even around bath and pluming stacks. FBC Concepts crew is very clean, polite, and courteous. We simply DO NOT sub out the job to whoever is available to do it. Our crew has worked with us over many years practicing the same quality and attention to detail that our customers would expect. Keeping the job safe, clean and nail free is our first priority. Every houses landscaping gets thoroughly inspected and cleaned to remove all debris including magnet sweeping the drive and walkways and the perimeter of the yard. Owner is on every job, every day working and inspecting every aspect of the job throughout the entire project.
