4. Being on time. We do our best to keep you informed on install dates because we know your time is important. We can't control the weather but we do our best to complete your job on time. Most jobs take less than 1 day.
5. FBC will make sure your jobsite is just as clean as it was before we got there. We do a full walk around before we leave the property.
6. We stand behind our work period. Our labor warranty is 10 years. If your gutters or downspouts detach from the house due to hardware failure, if you have an end cap come off or if a miter starts to leak. If the paint ever flakes or peels we will take care of that for up to 20 years. So be confident you are getting good quality workmanship and material.
7. Our proposals are the exact price you can expect to pay. It is not an estimate with unexpected charges later like some of our competitors. We also do not pressure you into making a decision. If someone ever tells you "if you sign right now I'll give you 50% off" run the other way! We give our customers the best price possible up front and honestly.

FBC Concepts crew is very clean, polite, and courteous. We simply DO NOT sub out the job to whoever is available to do it. Every houses landscaping gets thoroughly inspected and cleaned to remove all debris including magnet sweeping the drive and walkways and the perimeter of the yard.
